Plugin is deprecated

As this repo is in fact plugin for tslint which has been deprecated while ago https://github.com/palantir/tslint.

Even though I've used it in one of my projects, there's already an eslint version of it which does exactly the same thing - you can find it here https://github.com/benmosher/eslint-plugin-import/blob/master/docs/rules/no-self-import.md.

Shouldn't this repo be archived ?

Potentially good point. Though not all of our projects have migrated across to eslint yet. Not sure we've seen that for rule for eslint before - are you able to raise something on the eslint-config repo to get that in?
