`list` should show correct status of finished timers #46

Bug #41780 should be listed as "finished", not "paused".

The "Status" column at the moment is only about whether or not the Harvest timer is running/not running

But yes I agree there should be some distinction

Running on Harvest: "running"
Paused on Harvest and no linked TP entity: "paused"
Paused on Harvest and linked TP entity, not finished: "paused"
Paused on Harvest and linked TP entity is finished: "finished"

Do those look correct? Any other cases?
