[feature request] fan dance 3&4 on 1&2

Fan3/4 on 1/2: I could add this to an eventual todo especially if you put together a new issue requesting it specifically, especially if you could expand on your use-case for this.

use case being that since i don't like having abilities on the same button as weaponskills and thus don't select them in advanced mode, being able to have just the fan dance 1 and 2 buttons turn into 3 and 4 when procced would save hotbar space, and i can't think of a circumstance you wouldn't want to use them when procced

this is technically already possible using flourishing features, but it conflicts with advanced mode
