Executable runs 👍

Issues

Doesn't know $HOME, so moves itself to the wrong location after drenv setup
Since it doesn't know $HOME, it won't work with the majority of commands.

Learnings required for fixes

Understand how to point to Window's home directory.
Understand how to add executable to Window's $PATH.
