Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm looking to discuss about an issue and also get feedback from the community and organization.
The issue I've been facing is linked to Nixpkgs contributions that are related about the Azure Cloud Platform support/tools/agents.
I don't know if the community would be in favor for the organization to apply for free credits in order to better the support for Azure as I struggle to test PR related to Azure (Linux agent for instance) for instance in order to merge them : NixOS/nixpkgs#266381 (comment)
I'm not sure how this would be managed but more thinking is needed however I believe Microsoft can provide free Azure credits for open source projects trying to work on supporting it : https://opensource.microsoft.com/azure-credits/#credits-apply
Describe alternatives you've considered
I considered just creating throwaway accounts for testing with free credits however this is annoying and non-reliable.
Additional context
I discussed with @zimbatm by private message about this issue, he recommended to me to open an issue in this repository.
