People cant walk on furnaces, chests, ender chests, anchors and other blocks, and other issues aswell

Short description of the issue.

When players try jumping to specific blocks they are teleported back and if they manage to get on it they get stuck forever, they can only get out by breaking the b lock

How to reproduce the issue (is it random / always happens / side conditions)?

It always happens when you try walking on anchors, ender chests, chests and smithing table (i havent tried other blocks)

Have you made any (noteworthy) changes to the default configuration of NCP?

disabled some cheats that i want in the server, the biggest problem now is fly because if i enable fly people get kicked and get stuck in blocks and if i disable then people can fly

Do you run any other special plugins that affect game mechanics next to NC+ (adding skills, machines, adding/changing blocks, other anti cheating)?
