Support deNS name registration during campaign creation

We probably need to create a new contract that owns the dao-up deNS token.

Add token name (i.e. slug) to campaign info contract state so we can stop querying every deNS token address when the app loads initially. This would make it very easy for the UI to prioritize these named URLs instead of using the address.
