Pull Request: All work is done in the Azure portal, no pull request require.

Actual Time: 38 hours
Rewrite the rules and redirect the traffic to function's endpoint: 38 hours.
The application gateway is failed with unknown reason and need to recreate it.
Need to rewrite the rules and create a redirecting rule to point to function's url.
