Description

Currently the scripts for development are not really documented much. README's between charybdis, the client, the server, and main readme should be fully up to date.

Acceptance Criteria

Easy for someone to understand. And setup is smooth for someone who doesn't have knowledge of the project or previous install's of rust, node, etc.
