Trying to create maps with either CMD or CTRL fails.

With CMD, it seems to interpret the command push as a "CMD + Left Win", then ignores the other key being pressed. For example, trying to map "CMD+a", "CMD+b", and "CMD+c" to different bindings results in all of them being bound to "CMD + Left Win".

With CTRL, it fails to read the second press, so trying to map "CTRL + a" just results in "CTRL"

SHIFT and ALT (option on Mac) seem to work correctly.
