[HailBopp] Install new batteries

Batteries should arrive by week of Sept 16-20.

Steps to take:

• Remove old batteries - they are heavy so let's figure out how best to lift them safely.
• Remove Zivan charger? And plug? And extra wires?
• Clean out the back battery tray
• Place batteries & secure with bold down kits
• Install shunt and monitor, with monitor located up front (graceful handling of wires)
• Install shutoff switch to disconnect batteries from car entirely. We'd like this easy to access (not needing to remove the back).
• Install charger within the cabin behind the back seat and feed pigtail through to the battery tray area.
