Some Spleef patterns have fill on the outside of the map

Spleef does not support empty columns in patterns. As a result, maps with a non-rectangular outline will have fill outside of the outline as well as inside the outline.

This issue could be fixed by allowing empty columns in patterns, but patterns would still need to be updated to differentiate between fill and empty columns. Right now, affected maps use a space to represent both outside and inside the outline.

Affected maps include:

• Corridor Run
• Feather-Footed Run
• Four Wings Run
• Geared-Up Spleef
• Nucleoid Spleef
• Spleef: To The Moon!
• Starry Spleef
