Notes:

• Retrospective on the Retrospective?
  • Get regular updates on contractor efforts. Invite Kin to more Marketing weekly meetings.
  • Cross between SIGs and ASC. Should we have a subteam figuring out what to do with SIGs and ASC? Birds of a Feather type sessions?
• Gluecon - booth staffing and other considerations?
  • Reach out and check with Lorinda.
  • Neal to check with LF events team on a timeline for making decisions.
  • In 2019, we participated in an unconference. About a dozen folks showed up.
  • Booth idea for this year: Higher table, chairs, a setup conducive to conversation.
  • What is the success criteria / goal of having a booth? Kevin to reach out to Marsh and other folks who have been having discussions on this already.
  • Information collection may be a part as well, research for adoption needs.
  • Announce SIGs and involvement in ASC.
• Update on contractor efforts:
  • Chris is working on the tooling repository within the OAI. Working on an aggregation solution that pulls OAS tools, Mike's awesome-openapi-tools. No UI or frontend at this time. Looking to do a quality rating, researching criteria.
  • Phil is providing support to Chris, owns OpenAPI.tools. Phil has been working on content syndication. How do we gather the conversation that's going on around the OAS community? He's done own podcast and a handful of stories already. Syndicating with blog posts, videos, podcasts.
  • Chris to come next week, perhaps, with Phil coming later at some point.

• ASC - planning team spinning up! We have ASC co-Chairs and a planning team! (but let’s get past the first meeting before getting excited.)
  • Two co-chairs from Microsoft.
  • Meetings will be up and running pretty soon.
  • Proposed timelines to look at.
• Zoom roulette - let’s try LFX meetings? Could open things up for SIGs, small working groups, publicizing our Zoom meetings safely, etc. - Neal
  • LFX offers Insights
  • Offers a meeting tool that provisions Zoom accounts on the fly.
  • Just about ready to try.
• New Discord server
  • Over 50 people since the announcement earlier a few days ago.
  • Still looking to jumpstart conversations.
