LuckPerms permissions (level tracks) are not persisted

@edewit just noticed that the LuckPerms permissions (level tracks) which I'm pretty sure I had earlier granted him have disappeared again, probably during a re-deploy.

I also just noticed that /lp user michaelpapa7 showtracks is back to default ... 😞 I hadn't noticed this because I'm hard-coded (see #4).

Remember having investigated and thought I had fixed this problem, by making it keep the configuration on persistent volume - apparently that is still broken... 😞 Need to dig into it again, some time.

Erm... but Black_Roselp has actually kept his LuckPerms "assistant" level role (for being in Creative everywhere), so it does work? May be I had actually fixed it AFTER having originally made @edewit co-Op, so there is no real problem here, after all - so closing this again, for now.
