I believe we should at least try to use @imageWidth and @imageHeight if possible.

EDIT: Sorry, confused Margins with Page.

I do believe these margins might be a problem for applications. Why not just omit them (since they are all minOccurs=0)? Or at least omit their @WIDTH and @HEIGHT (which is optional too)?
