disabling EEPROM for Orin Nano on custom carrier

When I boot an Orin Nano on a custom board the boot process stops here

In orin-nano.inc I see

TEGRA_FLASHVAR_MB2BCT_CFG ?= "tegra234-mb2-bct-misc-p3767-0000.dts"

So, I

bitbake tegra-bootfiles -c devshell

then modified tegra234-mb2-bct-misc-p3767-0000.dts according to here

to zero out the cvb read size

I had to force compile tegra-bootfiles then t works
