generateSequenceCohortSet check what internal local and database tables/functions impact the running of this on large cohorts

So i am running generateSequenceCohortSet on 1700 drug ingredients for my index drug. Which successfully ran (code below). However, i am unable to access the server as it states there is an idle job "select table_name from information_schema.tables where table_schema = 'results';" whihc seems to indicate there is something internal still going on in the background. @xihang-chen @catalamarti putting this issue here for reference
