Any Guidance on Mapping / Calculating Dose of Intravenous Drugs?

In the context of a drug administered by IV, our team is wondering if there is a standard method or recommendation to 1.) map complex combinations of IV drugs and 2.) represent drugs that are administered continuously where dosage can change at irregular intervals.

2. That was discussed before, I think. Do you mean like a "20 ml/hour, 2 hours" infusion?
