[Bug]: expo-updates crashes with libsql

What happened?

Re-opening to avoid more tickets being created:

expo/expo#33644

There seems to be some conflict on how libsql and expo-updates handle one the sqlite3 variables. This in turn crashes the app on start. The problem lies not in op-sqlite but rather in libsql itself. I've tried reaching out to Turso itself to see what can be done, but gotten no response.
