[Redis] embedded redis

현재 embedded redis는 m1을 지원하지 않는다. m1을 사용중인데 로컬에서는 embedded redis를 사용하지 못한다. embedded redis 라이브러리에서 mac_arm64 용 바이너리를 지원하지 않기 때문이라고 한다.
