inconsistent deposition weight on interactive surfaces #180

When an impurity deposits on an interactive surface, the weight assigned to redeposition and erosion at that surface gridcell is incorrect. Small net erosion tests (nP=~3) can be checked against the nersc_cori_build branch.

CPU and GPU versions using docker branch may produce different weights and therefore different surface.nc results too.
