Duplicate features of the same establishment

Observed numerous instances of duplicate features of the same facility being mapped separately and with different tags.

Also noted: adding branch name on the name tag where the convention is to use the branch key.

Perhaps, adding these chains of establishments to the Name Suggestion Index (and WikiData) will make it more convenient for contributors to add these POIs within iD itself, and avoid the duplication.
