Can I build old redis version with the current Dockerfile?

Lets say I want to build redis 6.2.6
since I don't see this image on https://quay.io/repository/opstree/redis?tab=tags
Can I just
change the ARG REDIS_VERSION to 6.2.6 and run:
make build-redis
