🐞 Bug: underline tag (<u>) not rendering when using list items

Before reporting:

• Ensure that the issue is reproducable on the main branch.
• Ensure that there isn't an issue on this(either open or closed).

Problem:

Usually using <u></u> underline tags work just fine:

But in a list item it's not rendered:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open a MD file
2. Add a line using both underline tag and list item like this:
   - It's just a <u>pattern</u> which takes care of creating a Struct

Expected behavior:

To render the underline

Neovim version:

v0.11.0-dev-1028+g6dad1f9f1

The report above was in the main branch but in dev seems to happen the same .. I can't render underlines if using list items.
