The left permanent side-bar could show all oceanic regions based on grouped stations and at the top, we can just write All Oceanic Regions and when the user filters through the Oceanic regions from the right sidebar, we can limit the results in the left sidebar for oceanic regions.

I don't know if we have the information on what regions these FAO's cover in the database but if we need this information I will populate the database and make API tasks accordingly.
