We need a script in challenger-workflows that finds the ids for species in Oceans1876/species.json Oceans1876/all_species.json in the following data sources:

Things to research and consider:

  • Do these datasets have a public API?
    • What are the attributes returned from each API?
    • What attributes to keep from each API?
  • If there's no API for a dataset, can we scrape data from the pages?
