Why is pypi not yet supported
Well I have some problems with actually building the library
Note just download the okrolearn.py file, You don't need anything else from here
What is the point of this library?
It is supposed to be a raw implementation of combining pytorch and scikit-learn.
So allowing for advanced data analysis while also allowing the powerfull feautures of pytorch tensors, and neural network layers.
