mentioned file manage.py is not existing and setup.py is giving error #46

Hi Omkar,

I tried executing your project as described.

The below command results in error
python resume_parser/manage.py makemigrations

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'resume_parser.settings'

I have also searched on mentioned resource.
