View.Set doesn't set the window width/height if you specify a color depth

View.Set ("graphics:1280;960,nobuttonbar,noecho,offscreenonly")
Draw.Line (10, 10, 300, 200, black)

Sets the width and height correctly.

However,...

View.Set ("graphics:1280;960;millions,nobuttonbar,noecho,offscreenonly")
Draw.Line (10, 10, 300, 200, black)

Keeps the width and height of the window the same.
