I'm not sure if this is a machine issue, but every version of TuringDoc.chm I have downloaded doesn't work properly. I'll search a term, click the topic I want to look at, and click Display, and the screen will stay white. At first I thought it was just taking a while to load, but after an hour of waiting in the background, it still hadn't come up. Not sure what's going on here

This problem is usually possible to fix. Here are some suggestions:
Make sure you've unzipped Turing and moved the folder to a good location on your PC. I recommend directly on the C drive, but you can also place it in your Program Files folder.
Try opening the chm file by going to Turing/Support/Help to see if it works that way. I've had to do this on one of my installations. After opening the file once directly, Turing was then able to open it properly on its own.
Try running Turing as an administrator by right clicking it and choosing the 'Run as administrator' option.
Make sure you don't have more than one Turing on your PC. If you have already installed an old version of Turing on your PC, then the chm file may only work in the first version you install. I should note that if you install the 'Beta editor', the chm file seems to work just fine even if you have another version of Turing installed.
And for anyone still having issues, feel free to post and I'll help as best as I can.
