We need some CI test for the ELF loader code in open-amp.

Possible platforms:

Zynqmp qemu with Linux userspace loading R5
Zynqmp qemu with Zephyr A53 loading R5
Zynqmp qemu with one R5 loading another (Zephyr or baremetal)
ARM MPS2+ AN521 QEMU running Zephyr with one M33 core loading the other
