Typo in brcac.cnf for generating BRCAC CSR

There is a typo in the brcac.cnf file at https://github.com/OpenBanking-Brasil/specs-seguranca/blob/main/certificate-generation-instructions/brcac.cnf#L2.

It should be oid_section but the text says oid_dection.

This typo generates the following error when trying to generate the CSR:
