This experimental Plugin is a QuickFix for Issue "CSV datasource not converted from 3.16 to 3.22 correctly - projects not usable anymore" (qgis/QGIS#48587).

This Plugin can not e installed by the official QGIS Plugin Repo using QGIS internal Plugin Manager yet. please Download a released archive of the code and unpack it in the Plugin folder of your QGIS profile.
