This commit pulls out the chapter abstract from crossref and write its content to the DC:Description tag of the output chapter PDF.
The abstract in crossref must be formatted in JATS XML, so at present the content of DC:Description include some XML tags, like so (the real life content has the special characters escaped):
Focusing on religion and ecology in Hinduism, this chapter elucidates the value of love and devotion as ways of connecting to the natural world. In contrast to the detachment that characterizes abstractly intellectual forms of knowledge, these ways of connecting to nature yield emotional or affective knowledge, which promotes care for the beauty and vulnerability of the natural world.
Let's think about this for a second. Does this bother us at all? Is tooth still going to enforce abstracts in JATS XML?
