Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a way to serve up the scraped results.

Describe the solution you'd like
Need an API folder that includes the setup files necessary to run the API. I believe that we have settled on using Flask (@AndrewNatoli please verify).

If we decide to store the results in Firestore, this is no longer necessary. See #15
