Transformation from beam local coordinates to FAST’s global coordinates

Dear @jjonkman, Dear @andrew-platt,

you mentioned in a previous issue #1003 that you can't spot the error in the code that I used for the transformation. Therefore, I tried in another issue #1565 to exclude the error in a very simple example.
Could you pleas take a look on that example #1565, and give me hints to debug that issue? I would be very grateful for your help.
