Frequency of DEL.

In the user manual of Mlife, it says i need to set the DEL frequency. I know default is 1, but whats the real frequency?

is it 160Hrz since feq=1/(change of time) and change of time is 0.0063 seconds?

or is it a different value? If it is not 160, then how do i find this value?
