Users have reported that it wasn't clear exactly what was happening when they got this warning:

kartograf/src/kartograf/atom_mapper.py

Lines 770 to 771 in 0c5d3bc

    
           logger.warning("no mapping could be found, after applying " 
        
                          "filters!")

We should update the warning to make it clearer that it is a warning (and what the consequences are).
