• A survey form MUST be created by each earthquake event automatically. => Create by expert manually
• Post MUST support to distinguish different earthquakes
• Volunteers MUST receive a TSER data collection notification
• Every project members MUST view others post => comform ushahidi policy
• The post location MUST be located by user's GPS.
• If the form fields are too many, they cannot be scrolled
• It SHOULD support Google Maps
• It MUST support Traditional Chinese => wait for official and transfer parts
