Investigate Metrics integration with Domino's statistics store

I don't think Notes.jar has hooks to the Stat* functions in the C SDK, but using JNX would allow easy publishing of applicable stats. It could be handy to have this has an option for reporting MP Metrics data.

Ah, turns out there's at least a path to setting stats by way of the JavaServerAddin class. There could be a metrics tracker that creates one of those (or an instance of EasyAddin, which has more convenience methods) and uses it to track stats.
