DarkGigaByte, thank you for information about semantic versioning, but I do not quite understand how do you see it for this project? - tags on each commit or simple version information in README.md file? - something from this?

Not tags on each commit, but tags on every release(-commit). Just start by releasing the first version of the addon by creating a github release 1.0.0 and increment the release version number on every release according to SemVer.
