NML 5.3.0 windows binary is somewhat slow #210

NML 5.3.0 windows binary is slow (on Windows 7), especially compared to older 0.4 version, it takes more than 10s to compile or even show help.

I guess you are using the standalone executable, it has a slow startup time because it needs to extract itself into a temporary directory before actually running.

I am using the only binary that was there to download. Is it possible to extract it permanently, so it does not do it every time it is launched?
