SUGGESTION: set specific output FPS ?

Hello,
Will you please consider to add the option to set the OUTPUT FPS.
Sometimes 25 fps is good, sometimes 24 fps or even 30 fps... or anything else.
It will be very useful to be able to set it up within the Gradio App.
