Expose all Get<Balance> types

Follow up for #1

There are many deposit/bond associated types which are not exposed in #1 because the same value was configured in both templates, but best practice is to expose all of these types because they often require more frequent updates depending on native token price volatility.

The value currently assigned should be set as the sensible default for the new exposed type so that setting it is not required but possible.
