TestService Functionality-Enhancements

1. Create separate page for the "Test Service" functionality. It Should display list of services under dropdown -->Select a service from the dropdown then user should able to test the service .

2. "Test Service" button should be enable for all the services (Owned and Unowned groups)

As per your ask I think you want to create a page like "browse service" with only 1 filter i.e; only service filter. But we have better filter already placed on our browse service page. You select any service (Ownded or Unowned) by group and owner filter and simple click on Test service page. I don't think this will add any thing extra value to "test service" feature.
