Use GitHub to create an ODevs event

User Story

As a member of Orlando Devs group, I would like to create an event and related artifacts from within GitHub so that the pieces are easier to manage.

About

An ODevs event, either virtual or in-person, generates lots of artifacts:

• A card on the ODevs website
• A live Eventbrite event
• Physical event space (if in-person)

Currently, each of these tasks is handled individually. This story proposes that we initiate new event creation from within GitHub so that event components can be chained together for tighter coordination.

Tasks

• Add support for requesting a new ODevs event (possibly via an Issue template)
• Add an Event card to the /events page when an event is requested
• Use Eventbrite's API to create an event when an event is requested
• Reserve space at Conduit when an event is requested (see rental info)
