It might be a stupid reason to break compatibility, but: defprotocolEx should probably be something like defprotocolex or defprotocol_ex. Same for defimplEx, which should be defimplex or defimpl_ex.

Just noting here that we spoke about this elsewhere, it is planned to do by 1.0.0. :-)

Just as a side note, the proper case conventions are in, but the old is as well for backwards compat, but that backwards compat will be removed at 1.0.0.
