Uncategorized videos handling

Uncategorized videos should be treated as a separate block in categories, however a video having a category of [{id: null, name: 'Unknown'}] should indicate the absence of category. Find out if a request for videos with categoryOneOf === [null] can be made to fetch a list of such videos

@mykhailodanilenko I see this as blocked by OwnTube-tv/.github#14 at the moment, also added the same issue to the list in #139.
