Review and assess PeerTube mobile app

Please review and assess the app on iPhone/Android and check out the source code here: https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/mobile-application And please make note of the limitations they imposed and why, along with the roadmap ahead.

Initial remarks on my end:

1. We should not disdain in face of their success on the app front; the idea to offer OwnTube.tv 📺 as the official PeerTube "go-to mobile app of choice" is no longer relevant, so we should see our landing page with the site explorer as a sales vehicle for exploring video sites ahead of becoming tailored apps
2. The white labeling business case is still valid, we should proceed with making apps like MishaTube, e.g. XR Tube, HillsongTube, SwebbTube, BlenderTube and more to showcase that we can publish and maintain many apps at low overhead

I got a new PeerTube update on my Android phone today, release notes translated from French:

Features

• Display content from a manually added platform in Explore.
• Add Basque, Catalan, German, Italian, Polish, and Russian languages.
• Added a monochrome icon.

Bug Fixes

• Handle cases where a platform does not respond.
• Display an error when a thumbnail is missing.
• Fixed the behavior when switching platforms.
• Corrected the display of chapters.
• Resolved issues related to language selection.
