I started to play arround with the "externalLinks" parameter that has been intruduced in nice talk. My example is a PMID URL. The Link got included, by is only tagged with "other". My question is if it is possible to include the service name as key:value pair? Or is there a table of supported services (domains) somewhere in the documentation section?
My example: https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/biosamples/samples/SAMEA7836891

Hi Anne,
We have only few tagged external entities (ex. ENA, EGA). All the other external links are listed as other at the moment. If you thinks thre are any common external links, we can add this to the list.
We also have a specific section for publications. This section might be more relavent to add a PMID. Please check this example json.
Hi Isuru, thanks for the hint how to link publications! For our institutes purpose I only see e!dal repository (https://edal-pgp.ipk-gatersleben.de/) which uses DOIs for accessing data, which might not be so imported for other groups.
